Our processing time is up to 3 weeks. Once it is in possession of USPS it depends on the shipping service you chose. First Class Mail is 2-5 business days **PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID19 and the new appointed Postmaster General USPS is experiencing delays. Ahliyah Crafts does not have control over this. Do not order if you know you cannot wait. Some items are available as local pick up***

Shipping info is sent as soon as item has been packaged. The current processing time is up to 3 weeks (As mentioned on the homepage) Shipping info will be sent to your preferred form of contact at time of purchase.
Please make sure you check your spam folder. If you cannot find a confirmation email/text (NOT TRACKING INFO) please email email@example.com to update your contact info.

Please note that Ahliyah Crafts is no longer responsible for packages once they are marked as DELIVERED by USPS.
-Check to see if it was accidentally delivered to a neighbor. This is often the most common explanation.
-If you have a security system please check to see if it wasn't stolen. Unfortunately there is an increase of stolen packages during the holiday season. To file a report with USPS follow this link here. You can purchase priority shipping (includes insurance) or Signature Confirmation. Please note these can cost extra.
If the item was damaged during transit, please send an email with an image of the damaged item within 24 hours of delivery. If item was dropped by the customer and then damaged no refund/replacement will be given.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct address. Please send email to AhliyahCraftsInfo@gmail.com with correct address ASAP (DO NOT send DM via Twitter or IG as it will get lost).
-If a package is shipped back to Ahliyah Crafts headquarters the customer will be notified via email and given the choice of a refund (item only. No refund on shipping) or pay another shipping fee to have it delivered to the correct address.
-If package is not returned to Ahliyah Crafts headquarters there won't be a refund.

Please send photos of damaged goods within 24 hours of delivery. Damage due to weather conditions during transit is not applicable.
-Refunds include: Broken items or missing parts
-Does Not apply to items being damaged when customer opens package. (i.e Package opened with scissors cutting through item)
In the event you are sent the wrong item(s) please email AhliyahCraftsInfo@gmail.com
If your item is still in transit unfortunatley it is not eligible for a refund.
-If you no longer want your item and it has not been fulfilled please send a message to have it canceled.
-If your item is in transit you will have to wait for it to be delivered to you. Once it has been delivered please notify me by email at firstname.lastname@example.org Item will need to be sent back to Ahliyah Headquarters in its original packaging (customer responsible for new shipping fee). Once item arrives at Ahliyah Headquarters without damage you will receive a refund for the ITEM ONLY.
