Our processing time is up to 2 weeks. Once it is in possession of USPS it depends on the shipping service you chose. Please note that Ahliyah Crafts is no longer responsible for packages once they are marked as DELIVERED by USPS.

-If you have a security system please check to see if it wasn't stolen. Unfortunately there is an increase of stolen packages during the holiday season. To file a report with USPS follow this link here. You can purchase priority shipping (includes insurance) or Signature Confirmation. Please note these can cost extra.
If the item was damaged during transit, please send an email with an image of the damaged item within 24 hours of delivery. If item was dropped by the customer and then damaged no refund/replacement will be given.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct address. Please send email to AhliyahCraftsInfo@gmail.com with correct address ASAP (DO NOT send DM via Twitter or IG as it will get lost).
-If a package is shipped back to Ahliyah Crafts headquarters the customer will be notified via email and given the choice of a refund (item only. No refund on shipping) or pay another shipping fee to have it delivered to the correct address.

Curbside Pick Up
Yes! However at this moment is it for MASK ONLY orders. There may be a few items that are also available for pick up.
You will know if your order is eligible for pick up at CHECKOUT.

Please arrive on time. There will be a 15 minute window from the time your pick up appointment is. There is no guarantee I will be there after the 15 minute mark. A new appointment will be scheduled. No refunds.
1. After you placed your pick up order, please wait for an email from me. I will ask you for a day/time that works best for you.
Current hours are Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm and Sunday 1pm-4pm. These times can change, but I will let you know when I send you an email.
2. Once your time and day has been confirmed, I will mark your order as "ready for pick up". An automated email will be sent with the phone number you can reach me at. I will also send you a map with parking information.
3. When you arrive (mask on), reach me via the phone number that was sent in the email and provide your order number. Please arrive on time. There will be a 15 minute waiting period. There is no guarantee that I will be in the studio after your appointment as I do have errands to run. A new appointment will need to be set. There is no late fee, however there are no refunds.
If you are running late, please reach out to me via the phone number sent to you in your "Ready for Pick Up" email. There is a 15 minute window.

Once item arrives at Ahliyah Headquarters without damage you will receive a refund for the ITEM ONLY.
